Alqama Qureshi joined Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Rizvi College of Architecture, Mumbai University (2007), along with a Master’s in Urban Design from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom (2010). Over the years, he has developed extensive experience across high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, and urban-scale developments, with a strong focus on execution detailing, and large-scale project delivery.

At AHC, he has contributed to several landmark residential developments including Raymond Residential Township, Thane (44 acres), Kalpataru Avana, Mumbai, Kalpataru Crest, Mumbai, L&T Realty, Mulund, Mantri Pinnacle, Bengaluru, Mantri Blossom, Bengaluru, and Gauri Excellency, Mumbai. His portfolio also includes projects such as ATS Kocoon, Gurugram, ATS Triumph, ATS Tourmaline, ATS Pristine, and multiple housing developments across Mumbai and Neral. Across these assignments, he has been closely involved in architectural coordination and collaboration with international consultants including landscape and façade specialists.

Alqama’s design approach is rooted in analytical thinking, technical precision, and contextual sensitivity. Influenced by Mumbai’s Art Deco heritage, he is particularly interested in geometry-driven contemporary design that balances efficiency, restraint, and long-term architectural relevance.
