Avishek Dutta joined Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) in June 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Interior Design). He is certified in Project Management (PMP – Project Management Institute) and UX Design (California Institute of the Arts), bringing a multidisciplinary approach that integrates design, execution, and user experience.

At AHC, he has contributed to projects across commercial, mixed-use, mass housing, and master planning typologies. His work includes CIDCO mass housing, Empress Mill redevelopment, IIT Madras Research Park (IITMRP), and TML Headquarters, with involvement in projects collectively exceeding 20 million sq ft of built-up area.

His approach focuses on developing integrated design systems that balance performance, user experience, and constructability, with an emphasis on delivering efficient and scalable architectural solutions.
