Azhar Choudhary joined Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) in January 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Rizvi College of Architecture, Mumbai University (2017). With over nine years of professional experience, he has worked across residential, commercial, institutional, and large-scale master planning projects.

At AHC, his work focuses on high-rise residential, mixed-use, institutional, and transit-oriented developments, with involvement in design development, coordination, and project delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. His key projects include The Gateway and Gateway 02, Mumbai (L&T Realty), Green Reserve, Noida, Vidhan Bhavan Extension, Nagpur, CIDCO Mass Housing, Navi Mumbai, and Surat Metro Housing. Collectively, he has contributed to projects spanning almost 50 million sq ft of built-up area.

His design approach emphasizes efficiency, contextual responsiveness, and long-term value, integrating innovation and technical clarity to deliver scalable and future-ready architectural solutions.
