Hafeez Ur Rahman Shaikh has been associated with Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) since 2005, beginning his journey with the practice as an intern, and brings over two decades of professional experience. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Allana College of Architecture, Pune (2006) and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Rachana Sansad, Mumbai (2012).

At AHC, his expertise spans master planning, high-end residential developments, high-rise towers, super-luxury clubhouses, medical centres, commercial buildings, and large-scale mixed-use developments. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to projects exceeding one crore sq ft of built-up area, reflecting extensive experience in the delivery of complex, high-value developments.

His portfolio includes prominent projects such as The Camellias and Adani Inspire. The Camellias remains particularly significant in his professional journey, as his involvement from conception to completion provided the opportunity to navigate the complexities of coordinating with Indian vendors and international consultants, further refining his understanding of global standards and execution practices.

His design approach is guided by environmentally responsible decision-making and long-term performance, with a strong emphasis on balancing design quality, technical precision, and sustainability across projects.
