Jyoti Koli joined Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) in November 2021 and has over two decades of professional experience. A graduate of Rizvi College of Architecture, she brings strong expertise in delivering complex, large-scale developments within dense urban conditions.

At AHC, Jyoti specializes in high-density vertical residential projects, mixed-use developments integrating commercial components, social and affordable housing, and multi-level car parking structures. Her work focuses on maximizing livability, daylight, ventilation, and urban efficiency within constrained sites, supported by a thorough understanding of development control regulations and infrastructure integration. Her current project portfolio includes a 10-acre township in Kharghar, DGT-3A, social housing at Anjur, Supremus Commercial, and Premier MLCP, all presently under construction.

Jyoti’s design philosophy centers on creating architecture that generates positive environmental and social impact—buildings that not only sustain but actively improve their urban context through thoughtful planning, spatial quality, and responsible resource use.
