Nikhil Shah joined Architect Hafeez Contractor in 2017 and brings over 20 years of professional experience in large-scale residential, mixed-use, institutional, and commercial developments. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from S.S.M.S. College of Architecture, Solapur (2004).

Nikhil has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams across complex developments from concept through completion. At AHC, he has worked on projects including Continental Heights, Mumbai; Suryavilas, Gangtok; and the High Court and Assembly building in Amaravati. He is also working on contemporary luxury high rise developments like Prescon Midtown Bay and Tinsel Town in Mumbai. His role has included design development, project coordination, code compliance, statutory documentation, tender-stage deliverables, and integration of construction systems such as aluminium formwork and high-rise execution planning.

Prior to AHC, Shah spent nearly a decade at RSP Design Consultants, where he led several major township and residential developments including Megapolis, Smart Homes, Silver Sand, Tata Shubh Griha, Century Mill, and The Orchard Residency. He also headed the Pune branch operations for RSP for a two-year period.
