Santosh Gadakh joined Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) in August 2010 and holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) along with an A.I.I.A qualification from the Indian Institute of Architects. Prior to joining AHC, he was engaged in independent architectural practice, building a strong foundation in design and project execution.

At AHC, his expertise spans architectural and interior design across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects. His portfolio includes developments such as Upper Thane (Lodha), IIT Madras Research Park, and Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT). He has been consistently involved in taking projects from execution through to completion, with a focus on coordination, detailing, and delivery.

His approach is driven by the diversity of project typologies, engaging both design intent and technical complexity to deliver well-resolved architectural outcomes.
