Vineet Kolape joined Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) in 2013 and is a Council of Architecture–registered architect. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and has over a decade of professional experience working on large-scale residential and commercial developments.

At AHC, Vineet’s expertise spans master planning, group housing developments, and private residences. His portfolio includes projects such as RMZ Savaan, the 50-acre Infosys IT Park in Trivandrum, Paras Residence, Chattarpur (Delhi), and Paras Commercial, Sector 133, Noida. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to projects collectively exceeding 50 million sq ft of built-up area.

His design approach emphasizes contextual responsiveness, ensuring that architecture engages meaningfully with its physical, social, and cultural surroundings while creating coherent environments that respond to the needs of users and place.
