Hiten Negandhi is the Senior Principal Architect at AHC, with over three decades of professional experience since 1989. His work spans master planning, large-scale townships, residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, IT parks, retail, and mixed-use developments. A defining contribution of his career is Hiranandani Gardens, Powai—a 280-acre integrated township that established a benchmark for large-scale urban planning in India. He has also been closely involved in shaping major residential and mixed-use developments across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Chennai, and the NCR, working with clients such as Hiranandani Group, Godrej Properties, Oberoi Realty, Mahindra Lifespaces, DLF, Adani Realty, Mahagun, and ACE Group.
Hiten has delivered corporate projects for organizations including Crisil, Colgate-Palmolive, JP Morgan, Citibank, Nomura, Brookfield, and Morgan Stanley, and has contributed to large-scale institutional planning, including the 2,800-acre Bhabha Atomic Research Centre campus.
