The complex set close to Powai in Mumbai, is spread over 10 acres. It features a central garden encircled by 8 residential blocks. The 14-storey towers house 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. The contemporary building is swathed with glass on the higher levels. Curving circular and elliptical sunshade systems supported by inclined columns shelter the fragments of glass whilst adding to the aesthetics.
