Mavji Patel is a Principal Architect at AHC and has been associated with the firm since 1995, having joined as an intern. He holds a G.D. Arch degree from the L. S. Raheja School of Architecture and brings nearly three decades of professional experience across large-scale architectural developments.

At AHC, his expertise spans master planning, high-rise residential towers, retail buildings, commercial office complexes, and mixed-use developments. He has worked extensively with leading residential developers such as Dosti Realty, MICL, ATS, and Kalpataru, contributing to multiple large and complex developments delivered with strong executional discipline.

A key upcoming project under his leadership is the iconic high-rise corporate office for Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) at Malet Bunder Road, Mumbai. The development will serve as the corporate headquarters for JNPA, and will also house offices of allied port and government organizations. The project includes a digital observatory at the topmost level and a state-of-the-art 2,000-seat auditorium at ground level, positioning it as a major institutional landmark on Mumbai’s eastern waterfront.
