Nisar Ahmed Shaikh joined Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) in 2007 and is a Principal Architect with over eighteen years of professional experience. He has played a key role in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, and master-planned developments across India. His work spans large-scale residential and commercial developments in Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Mohali, including high-density housing, integrated townships, IT parks, and retail developments.

Some of his key projects are Prateek Edifice, Noida, Signature Global Park, Gurgaon, Civitech Mall, Ghaziabad, and Reliable Tech Park, Navi Mumbai. Collectively, his work spans approximately 15 crore sq ft of built area. Nisar’s strengths lie in design development and technical detailing, ensuring consistency from concept through execution. His design approach is end-user–centric, balancing value engineering with efficient spatial planning and integrated landscapes. Several of his projects have received IGBC Gold and Platinum ratings, reflecting a sustained commitment to environmentally responsible, performance-driven architecture.
