Nishant Gupta is a Senior Principal Architect at AHC, with extensive experience across projects of varying complexity and scale including large-scale master planning, commercial buildings, super-tall buildings, group housing, slum redevelopment, public institutions, affordable housing, corporate interiors, and hospitality. He joined AHC in 2006 as an intern, after completing Master of Architecture from Cuttack.

His portfolio includes ongoing landmark projects such as Aaradhya Avaan and 7 Mahalaxmi, both set to be among the tallest residential towers in the Indian subcontinent; the Marriott–Westin Residences, Gurgaon, one of the India’s largest branded residences; and Lodha Amara, Mumbai, a residential complex of over 10,000 apartments, the biggest scheme of its type in western India. He is currently leading the execution of the Amaravati Government Complex, an 1,800-acre master plan incorporating the Assembly and High Court buildings, developed in collaboration with Foster + Partners. He is also overseeing the design of Trump Towers in Pune and Hyderabad.

Internationally, he has presented at Columbia University, New York, speaking on the topic ‘Inclusive Cities’. In 2019, alongside Hafeez Contractor and Associate Architect Mubashir Jabir, he presented AHC’s vision for affordable housing ‘A House for Every Indian’ to the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi.
