The structure of this avant garde corporate office evolved based on the plot shape and the demand for accommodating extremely high number of employees and their operations. This rectangular site had to put up 25,000 people and enable all their functions in a smooth and efficient manner. The three box like structures act like three wings of the office and are connected by service lifts, staircases, foot bridges and refuge terraces used by all its staff. This 16 storey office has a built up area of approximately 40,00,000 sq ft. High performance glass, frameless glazing and granite are the major materials used. The atrium is one of the largest in the country with cable stayed glass and gives the grandeur feeling which the company so rightly deserves. With a parking capacity of more than 4000 two wheelers and 1500 cars, this building is a self sufficient corporate office. This structure has also successfully executed its need for quick mobility of its workforce by installing 70 elevators and 21 escalators in its premises, thus adding it to its salient features. The fenestration detail in the centre of all three wings with trees and golden glass wall make this office stand out from other steel and glass buildings in the vicinity.
