Josy Paul joined Architect Hafeez Contractor in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from IES College of Architecture, Thrissur, Kerala (2017). He has worked on diverse typologies spanning township developments, residential architecture, and mixed-use projects.

At AHC, he has contributed to major developments including the Runwal Township, Dombivli, a large mixed-use township comprising residential phases, commercial developments, malls, schools, EWS housing, and supporting infrastructure across over 100 acres. He has also worked extensively on CIDCO PMAY Housing across multiple sites in Navi Mumbai, including Taloja, Juinagar, and Kharkopar, along with the CIDCO Quarry Land Housing master plan involving approximately 1 lakh housing units across 630 acres. His portfolio additionally includes commercial projects such as Park Mansion, Kolkata, ATM Mall, Ahmedabad and R Galleria, Mumbai.

Josy’s design approach is driven by scale, precision, and problem-solving, with a strong interest in integrated urban development and high-density housing environments.
