Kirtisagar Bollar joined Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Academy of Architecture, Mumbai (2005). Over the years, he has developed experience across residential, institutional, commercial, and large-scale township projects, with a strong emphasis on spatial planning and design clarity.
His portfolio includes institutional campus developments such as Symbiosis Medical College for Women, Pune (9.8 acres) and Symbiosis University, Nagpur (75 acres), both designed in a classical architectural language, along with an ongoing Symbiosis project in Dubai. He has also contributed to major commercial and mixed-use developments, including 10 BKC, Mumbai for Adani Realty, and the large-scale Prestige City township, Hyderabad (55.36 acres) for Prestige Group.
Kirtisagar’s design approach is rooted in simplicity, proportion, and emotional resonance, with a belief that architecture should create meaningful and enduring user experiences. His work reflects a balance between creativity, technical precision, and contextual responsiveness across varied project scales and typologies.
