Mayur Sondagar has been associated with AHC since 2004 and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Architecture & Engineering, Kolhapur. With over two decades of professional experience, he plays a key leadership role within the practice.
At AHC, Mayur leads multidisciplinary teams of architects and interior designers, delivering projects across master planning, residential, commercial, institutional, infrastructure, and high-end interior design. His work is marked by strong design coordination and executional rigor across large and complex developments. Notable projects he has contributed to include Indira Gandhi International Airport, Terminal 1D (Delhi), ATS Green Village and ATS Paradiso (Greater Noida), Bharti Airtel Headquarters, Gurugram, Hiranandani IT Park, Mumbai, CSOI and National Press Centre, New Delhi, and multiple large-scale residential developments across Noida and North India.
While his portfolio spans a wide stylistic and typological range, Mayur is particularly committed to affordable housing. His work on the CIDCO PMAY housing projects, covering approximately 60 million sq ft, reflects a sustained focus on large-scale, socially impactful urban housing delivered with efficiency and clarity.
