Located in Sewri, Mumbai, The Gateway is a high-rise residential development comprising two towers rising to 228 meters. Each tower spans 52 floors, offering premium 3BHK to 4.5BHK residences with panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and the new Atal Setu bridge.
The masterplan follows a clear vertical zoning strategy. The base includes one basement and seven podium levels for parking and indoor sports.
