Located in Sewri, Mumbai, The Gateway is a high-rise residential development comprising two towers rising to 228 meters. Each tower spans 52 floors, offering premium 3BHK to 4.5BHK residences with panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and the new Atal Setu bridge.
The masterplan follows a clear vertical zoning strategy. The base includes one basement and seven podium levels for parking and indoor sports. At the ground level, a 60,000 sq ft retail edge activates the street with a 6-meter-wide urban plaza, creating a public threshold that connects the building to the city. Above the podium, 50,000 sq ft of landscaped open areas provide community recreation space.
The residential towers begin above the podium and are interspersed with elevated amenities. Terraces at levels 39 and 42 offer breakout zones with expansive views. At the top, The Crown, a 40,000 sq ft clubhouse positioned at 220 meters is a premium amenity zone with wellness, fitness, and leisure facilities, capped by a viewing deck with unobstructed skyline vistas.
The Gateway establishes a new typology in Mumbai’s vertical housing landscape—merging civic symbolism, premium living, and integrated public-private thresholds in a single high-rise intervention. It redefines what a residential tower at the edge of the city can be: not just a place to live, but a landmark for the metropolis.
