Mubashir Jabir has been with Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) since 2013. His work spans large-scale urban developments, affordable housing, master planning, schools and hospitality. He was promoted as an Associate in 2018 and has since overseen more than 15 million sq. ft. of completed development.
Some of his key ongoing projects include Runwal Garden City, Dombivli, a residential and mixed-use campus that has expanded into a 240-acre integrated township following the success of its first phase. He has led the CIDCO PMAY affordable housing project in various parts of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, some of which is completed, and is closely involved in the Dharavi Slum Redevelopment Project. His team is also working on significant projects like the Thane Municipal Corporation Headquarters, Mahalaxmi Racecourse Revamp and Bandra High Court in Mumbai.
Mubashir’s professional milestones include presenting AHC’s affordable housing initiatives to the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, in 2019 with Hafeez Contractor and Senior Associate Nishant Gupta. He has participated in industry forums such as CTBUH (Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat) and IDAC, serving as a speaker.
