Principal Architect

Pushyamitra Londhe is a Principal Architect at Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) and has been associated with the firm since 1998, when he joined as an intern. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from M.I.E.T., Gondia, and brings over two and a half decades of professional experience, with a strong focus on residential and commercial architecture.

At AHC, Pushyamitra has been closely involved in the design and delivery of several high-rise and luxury residential developments that have contributed to redefining urban skylines. Some of his key projects include Imperial Towers, Mumbai, regarded among India’s first supertall residential buildings; 42, Kolkata, one of eastern India’s tallest residential towers; Imperial Edge and Imperial I, both premium high-rise developments in Mumbai; and the Lavasa Lake Edge Development, a large-scale township project nestled amid the lush hillscapes of Pune.

His architectural approach is defined by adaptability and breadth rather than adherence to a singular stylistic language, focusing on contextual response, and executional clarity.
