Set on the edge of the landmark Imperial Towers development in South Mumbai, Imperial Edge occupies a tight footprint surrounded by dense urban development. The tower is organized into three vertical zones: mechanized parking, a dedicated club level, and residential apartments above
Despite these spatial limitations, the design delivers a bold architectural statement. The building opens into a grand 12-meter-high entrance lobby, establishing a sense of scale and luxury that sets the tone for the entire experience.
With only 46 apartments—two per floor—Imperial Edge is intentionally low-density. Each residence is designed to offer 360-degree panoramic views across the Arabian Sea, the Eastern Harbour, and the Mumbai skyline. Residences feature wraparound decks that extend the living spaces and blur the line between indoors and outdoors. These generous terraces enhance every part of the apartment—whether it’s the living room, dining area, or bedrooms—making the sky a constant backdrop to daily life.
The limited site area is efficiently utilized through a fully mechanized car parking system, ensuring optimal parking without compromise.
At approximately 80 meters above ground, the building opens into an amenity zone featuring a clubhouse and infinity-edge pool. This elevated recreational space offers a nearly open-to-sky experience, surrounded by expansive views.
Designed to offer privacy, comfort, and connection with the city, Imperial Edge is a contemporary architectural response to the evolving demands of urban living.
