Swati Pandit joined Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) in August 1988 and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai. As one of the firm’s longest-serving associates, she brings over three decades of experience in residential architecture, township planning, and large-scale urban developments.

Her expertise lies in resolving complex residential planning challenges through efficient spatial organization, structural coordination, and geometry-driven design. Over the years, she has worked extensively on residential towers, integrated townships, and IT campus developments, with a strong focus on usability, planning efficiency, and end-user experience. Her portfolio includes projects such as Infosys Kolkata IT Campus, Hiranandani Palace Gardens, Chennai (70-acre township), DLF The Valley, Panchkula (175-acre township), along with residential developments for leading developers including Oberoi Realty, Hubtown, and Rustomjee.

Swati’s approach to architecture is rooted in precision, functionality, and thoughtful space optimization. She is particularly interested in housing design, where efficient planning and clarity of layout directly shape the quality of everyday living.
