Gyanodaya 2.0 is a corporate training facility located in Navi Mumbai. Designed across six floors, it is designed as a contemporary, high-performance learning environment that reflects the values of openness, innovation, and adaptability.
The project’s defining feature is its curvilinear form—a deliberate departure from the rigidity of traditional institutional buildings. This continuous arc is expressed in the façade, slab profiles, and structural elements, creating spatial fluidity and visual coherence throughout. The use of curved DGU glass and aluminium cladding improves both aesthetics and energy performance.
Internally, the building is organized around a central double-height lobby and a staircase that encourages movement between levels. Eight training rooms, 14 meeting rooms, digital zones, studios, and a 64-seat auditorium are distributed across the lower floors. A landscaped podium garden on the first floor acts as an outdoor extension of these programs, offering shaded seating, walking tracks, and informal gathering areas. Breakout terraces at multiple levels reinforce access to open air and enhance spatial variety. Floors five and six house 44 residential units. Skylights, lounges, and a central double-height void connect the two floors, creating opportunities for community interaction.
Passive design strategies drive the project’s sustainability goals—maximizing daylight, minimizing heat gain, and reducing mechanical load. Integrated LED lighting highlights the exterior slab profiles at night, subtly reinforcing the architectural rhythm.
