With a Master of Architecture in Environmental Design from the University of Nottingham, U.K (2009), Kalpesh Mevada joined Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) in 2011. He has since played a key role in the master planning, design, and development of high-rise residential, educational, commercial, and mixed-use projects, including auditoriums, convention centres, and private residences.

His portfolio of projects at AHC includes landmark projects such as large-scale residential master plans for Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, and Piramal Realty, and campuses for Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) in Rajasthan and Hyderabad. His recently completed projects include institutional projects like the BITS School of Management in Kalyan and Gyanodaya West Campus in Navi Mumbai.

A contemporary minimalist, his work is rooted in simplicity, environmental sensitivity, and client-centric design. Kalpesh’s architectural approach draws on ancient passive design principles—daylighting, natural ventilation, and climate-responsive planning—enhanced by modern technology to create sustainable, future-focused environments.
