CASA Eco Nest

Casagrand Melakottaiyur development project is a sustainable masterplan for the township at Melakottaiyur in Kanchipuram District of Tamil Nadu proposed by Architect Hafeez Contractor. The design proposal is aiming to develop the area by focusing on the Site's existing geography and topography. The 43-acre site, which is being developed with keeping the nature's own resources like the existing waterbody and major vegetation, will contain superior homes, pinnacle homes, schools and shopping area in project. The process of designing includes each of the zones to blend in with its surrounding landscape and incorporating space dedicated to education and innovation. Our studies and proposal entry for are an attempt to show that the smart city is also the green city with ubiquitous smart design elements, headlined by an analytical data the residents should feel l enveloped by smart living environment. They are also literally surrounded by nature, with the all amenities within a short walking distance, and green terraces all around them. "We intend to create a design rooted in the geography of the site. We hope that the connection between architecture and landscape will result in a dynamic environment for education that will inspire innovative ideas.
