Vinay Shiposkar joined Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) in September 2010. He holds a Diploma in Architecture from the Academy of Architecture, Mumbai (2002), and a Master of Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), USA (2006). With experience spanning high-density urban development, high rise designs and institutional planning, he has contributed to several large-scale architectural and urban projects across India.

His expertise lies in high-rise residential developments and transit-oriented urban environments, with a focus on integrating infrastructure, mobility, and mixed-use programming within dense metropolitan contexts. His portfolio includes landmark high rise towers such as W54, Lodha Venezia, and 25 South all in Mumbai. One of the key residential township projects he is currently working on is the Prestige Forest Hills, Mumbai, a massive 7.47-acre township, with the central landscape being one of the core anchors of the project. He has also been involved in transit-oriented developments such as BKC 101 and Jijamata Nagar, exploring the integration of metro infrastructure with commercial and residential development.

Vinay’s design approach emphasizes clarity, restraint, and urban responsiveness, balancing contemporary aesthetics with functionality and long-term adaptability within rapidly evolving city environments.
