Godrej Royale Woods

Spread over 13 acres in Devanahalli, North Bangalore, Godrej Royale Woods features six iconic towers (basement+ground+19 storeys) housing 1675 vaastu-compliant, spacious and well-ventilated apartments. One of the six towers is exclusively designed for Senior Living making this our firm's 1st official Senior Living project. The biggest opportunity this site offered us were the original fruit and rain trees that existed right in the middle leading to a Perimeter Block Master Layout; which encompasses 10 themed gardens, 8 fruit orchards and serene forest woods with over 1000 trees and a tree-lined boulevard with a forest themed club house sitting amidst it all. The architectural detailing on the buildings was designed to be simple and functional keeping in mind the climate of Bangalore. We chose a calming grey and white colour palette having minimal accents of earthy brown and wood, so that the buildings could co-exist within the larger landscape. As the layout and photographs depict, the landscape which was inherited is the true hero here.
