In terms of design, economical efficiency is achieved by effective planning that ensures optimisation of space and use of materials. The design strives to establish optimal common spaces and increase common walls to facilitate cost diminution. The complex of 3,200 flats is basically divided into smaller condominiums with their individual open recreational spaces. The residential apartments of 3-storey structures are angularly inclined to create triangular open courts. The sizes of the dwelling units range between 30 sq mtr to 60 sq mtr. Recreational facilities like playground and sports club as well as common amenities like school and hospital are pivoted in the centre of the entire development. Colours are brought into play as the prime aesthetic element. The boldly coloured red chequered window boxes are loud in their presence across the set of buildings. The lively pale pastel shades of blue, violet and pink also add to the pleasant ambiance.
