Set on a 1.75-acre site, Aaradhya Avaan is located in Tardeo—one of Mumbai’s most vibrant and well-connected neighbourhoods. Designed as two slender towers rising up to 81 floors, the project establishes a striking vertical presence within the city’s dense urban fabric.
The ground and podium levels are planned to integrate lush green landscapes, inspired by the concept of an urban rainforest. Within the residences, floor-to-ceiling windows fitted with high-performance glass offer expansive views of the sea and city, while effectively managing sunlight and heat. Interiors are defined by generous ceiling heights and spacious planning. At the uppermost levels, luxury penthouses feature multi-level terraces, private pools, and panoramic decks.
A defining feature of the project is the elevated club—one of the tallest in the world—connecting the two towers at 176 metres. Spanning 6,000 sq. ft., this space accommodates a range of wellness and recreational amenities including a gym, spa, library, crèche, mini theatre, business centre, and office zone.
The architectural language of the towers emphasizes verticality, with aluminium-clad façades and integrated lighting elements enhancing the towers' slender profile. Marking a distinct silhouette in Mumbai’s skyline, Aaradhya Avaan sets a benchmark for a compelling contemporary urban identity in skyscrapers.
