DLF Camellias, Gurugram is an award-winning luxury residential development, set amidst the lush greens of the DLF Golf and Country Club and framed by the Aravalli forest range. The site’s unique location demanded careful massing and orientation studies, resulting in a composition of sixteen residential towers ranging from 18 to 38 storeys. The arrangement creates a strong skyline presence while ensuring each residence enjoys expansive views, privacy, and optimal daylight and ventilation.
The design language draws inspiration from the Camellia flower, a motif that subtly weaves through the project—from façade articulation and screening elements to flooring patterns and landscape design. This recurring geometry lends visual continuity while providing functional benefits such as filtered light and shaded outdoor spaces. At the ground level, the motif extends into a layered landscape of water bodies, softscapes, and hardscapes, shaping a fluid and immersive environment.
Community amenities are organised across a multi-level podium and connected through a pedestrian arcade that integrates all towers and shared spaces. Residences feature generous decks and open-plan layouts, complemented by energy-efficient systems and smart home technologies. With its emphasis on exclusivity, sustainability, and a strong indoor–outdoor relationship, DLF Camellias exemplifies a contemporary yet timeless approach to luxury living.
