The Elanor project located at Kolshet Road, Thane, aims to create high rise residential buildings that seamlessly merges Art Deco elegance with contemporary design. Set within a dense urban environment on a contoured site, the focus is on conserving the majority of the existing trees, enhancing the relationship between nature and city living. By preserving these old trees, the project creates an eco-friendly and peaceful living experience amidst the bustling energy of the city. The master plan layout is thoughtfully designed to offer scenic views of the recreational grounds and the surrounding green areas, ensuring that residents can enjoy a serene and green setting from their homes. The Tower facade showcases clean, geometric patterns and decorative features, such as intricate railing designs and curved balcony edges, evoking the style of early 20th-century Art Deco.
