Prestige Nautilus

The design of the 265-meter Nautilus Towers in Worli is an architectural response to the great city of Bombay and its rich Maritime Heritage. Comprising three distinct yet interconnected towers, the design draws its inspiration from the elegance of sailing - its fluidity, dynamism, and the innate desire to move forward toward the Horizon. Reflecting Bombay’s deep connection to the sea, the aerodynamic profiles evoke the sculpted precision of yachts, while the sweeping balconies echo the sun-kissed decks of a Super Yatch cutting through the wind. With an impressive 4.2-meter floor-to-floor height and expansive, westerly-facing end-to-end balcony decks, each residence will embrace the city’s predominant winds, monsoon rains, and legendary sunsets over the Arabian Sea. These undulating forms are not merely aesthetic—they enhance light, airflow, and an ever-changing engagement with the elements. The façades, clad in reflective glass and metal, capture shifting light, reinforcing a connection to water, wind, and sky; the 3 elements that have informed each step of the design. While each of the three towers maintains its individuality, they function as a cohesive whole. A continuous rooftop garden visually and functionally unites them, creating an elevated sky green retreat. The two-level rooftop club, linked by a floating roofline, further integrates the towers while preserving their distinct forms. At the ground level, landscaped podiums with a conservatively fenestrated facade and open spaces soften the transition to the city, ensuring engagement with nature and acoustic harmony within. The result is a sculptural yet fluid composition—rooted in its context while evoking the exhilaration of setting sail toward the horizon.
