IRIFM (Indian Railways Institute of Financial Management)

The institute stretches over 15 acres of land, winding through the lush plantation. The project is divided into several blocks, including academic, administrative and other assisting blocks. The amphitheater, recreational sports area and various soft scapes are all part of the outdoor areas. The design aims at preserving as many existing trees as possible by making use of stilts. It also aids in letting sunlight in and providing natural light and ventilation for the entire building.
